On May 18, 2020, Rakuten Bank, Ltd. and Rakuten Card Co., Ltd., wholly owned subsidiaries of Rakuten Inc, with IBF Financial Holdings Co., Ltd., completed the registration to establish a joint venture in Taiwan.
