We truly live in a digital world. I can think of only a handful of things that we spend our time on that is not digital. For the rest, we are dependent on digital devices to interact with our world. Nowadays, these devices come in many different form factors, ranging from desktop computers, set-top boxes, voice-activated devices to mobile phones. We also have various types of services on these devices that we engage with, such as emails, real-time voice calls, browsers, and apps. One can even find obscure ways many people use digital devices, like USSD strings or SIM-based applications….
