I just switched to a business account and I’ve tried over a dozen times to promote one of my posts. I keep getting an error message and I’m really frustrated. I can’t find any solutions. Any advice?
Try making a new account and trying again. That might work, but if it doesn’t maybe you’re doing something wrong. Contact Instagram’s support team.
