Florida is gorgeous. That much is not in dispute. However, the Sunshine State does often take some flak not just from the media and general public, but its own residents as well.
It is accused of being too hot. Property values are said to fluctuate too much. It is too touristy. With many illegal migrants. And old people. Unemployment is high. There is a deep divide between the haves and the have-nots. Crime. Drugs. The list goes on.
